You only need to provide the model, size, color, polish level, and any customization requests. If this is your first Ton Van Shell Button purchase, we can guide you through the process below.
MODEL
You can choose from one of our models or create a new custom design.
Please visit the sample library to view detailed images of the products. Note that the images are for reference only. Colors and sizes can be customized based on your order.
There may be an additional fee for your custom model.
SIZE
Please provide the diameter for the round buttons.
For square buttons, the size is the diagonal length.
And for specially shaped buttons, the size is measured by the two furthest points.

COLORS
Ton Van Shell Button's products feature natural colors from mother-of-pearl shells, clam shells,... and coconut buttons.
- Natural white
- Natural yellow
- Natural black
- Natural beige
Additionally, we offer color-treated options:
- Bleached (White)
- Smoke
- Brown
- Grey
POLISHING
There are three levels of polishing:
- Polish
- Semi-Polish
- Matte
SPECIAL EFFECTS
Ton Van Shell Button strives to develop unique effects to perfect your products. The effects include:
Laser Engraving
We offer outstanding personalized button options, from simple letters to complex textured logos. You only need to send files in common formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, etc. Laser engraving is ideal for creating complex patterns without engraving deeply into the surface.
CNC Machining
CNC machining enables deep engraving and the creation of complex shapes, making it ideal for crafting buttons with 3D designs or patterns requiring a specific depth.
SAMPLES
Ton Van Shell Button offers free existing samples and charges for custom requests.
For custom samples
- Customization on existing samples: Laser engraving or any other customization request on existing samples is subject to a small fee along with shipping costs.
- Customization with non-existing samples: Fees vary based on your request; you can contact us for an agreement.
Before we proceed with mass production, you need to approve the samples during the ordering process.
MINIMUM QUANTITY
All quotes are based on FOB (Free On Board) terms.: Ton Van Shell Button is responsible until the goods are loaded onto the ship at the export port, excluding transportation and insurance costs from the export port to the final destination.
Each item is classified based on one specific type of material, design, color, size, and thickness.
Our minimum quantity is 500 pieces per item. All fees will be discussed before placing the order.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME
- The production time for available items takes about 5-7 days.
- Custom production orders usually take about 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on the specific type and actual quantity.
We ship worldwide through all major couriers, such as FedEx/TNT, DHL, etc., via air, sea, or any carrier you prefer.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment by bank transfer.
We require a deposit of 40% of the total order value when signing the contract. Payment is made according to the contract before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
